Analysis & quotation
Precision starts with understanding.
We begin with a detailed review of drawings and specifications. We think along about manufacturability, tolerances, and fixturing. Based on that, we define the optimal strategy, including a realistic timeline and clear quotation.
Process planning & programming
Smart preparation leads to accuracy.
The design is translated into a precise EDM program using our CAM-software, fine-tuned for geometry and tolerances. Fixture design, number of finish passes and clamping are carefully documented to ensure process stability and repeatability. We keep you updated, so progress and quality remain traceable at every step.
EDM machining
Sparking with control.
During machining, parameters and progress are continuously monitored. If adjustments are needed, they’re made in time to keep tolerances and lead time on track. Precision is not just a result, it’s a controlled process.
Measurement & quality control
Every dimension matters.
After machining, all critical dimensions are measured with certified equipment. If desired, results can be recorded in measurement reports, fully transparent to the customer. If required, results can be documented in measurement reports and shared transparently.
